Every look you see here was created in our Richmond salon by the TopOne team, directed by Cayom, and every year we try to surpass the one before. Cutting Philosophy

Great cutting is about structure, not shortcuts. We look at hair texture, density, head shape, growth patterns and how you style your hair day to day. The goal is a cut with balance and movement that still sits well as it grows out, not a shape that only looks good on day one.

Colour Philosophy

Colour is a blend of art and realism. We assess skin tone and whether warm or cool shades suit you best, then check your natural depth and your hair history to judge what is achievable safely. If your hair is very dark, previously coloured or compromised, we explain what it takes to reach lighter tones; sometimes that means a staged plan rather than forcing it in one go. We have partnered with Wella so our colourists work with world-class training and colour.

Men’s Cuts

We don’t believe every men’s cut has to be “skin fade and done”. We create a shape that fits your head, hairline and growth, working with your hair’s natural behaviour: keeping weight in the right places, using scissor work for movement, and designing a cut that looks sharp but still feels like you.
